Basis for Platform Load and Tower Load Ratings of Aluminium Scaffolds

YANGST products are built strictly to EN 1004, and every load test is carried out at three times the rated safe working load.

They are designed and manufactured strictly to EN 1004 Class 3 and hold TUV safety certification from the original German institute.

The safe working load of a YANGST SPAN400 tower is 720 kg. In practice each castor is rated for 720 kg (four castors), giving a total design capacity of 2.88 tonnes. The platform of the YANGST SPAN400 heavy-duty range is designed for a safe working load of 360 kg; the YANGST SPAN500 light range is designed for 275 kg.
