The movable working platform of aluminum alloy scaffold has various forms. It is designed and assembled according to the needs of the construction site. Basic requirements for large mobile platforms:
The aluminum alloy mobile operating platform shall be designed by professional engineers and technicians according to relevant specifications, and the product components shall meet the test requirements of EU EN1004 standard.
The calculation sheet and drawings of the whole frame shall be incorporated into the construction organization design. The design must be carried out in combination with the site construction. The characteristics of convenient movement and flexible operation shall be considered. Even if there is a need for disassembly, the convenience and flexibility shall also be considered to save labor to the maximum extent.
The area of aluminum alloy mobile scaffold platform shall not exceed 24m ²， The height should not exceed 20m.
Stability checking calculation shall also be carried out to meet the requirements of height width ratio.
The wheels of the mobile operating platform shall be firmly and reliably connected with the platform, and the bottom rail shall not be more than 500mm from the ground.
Protective railings shall be set around the platform according to the specification requirements, and toe- boards shall be added if necessary.
If aluminum alloy scaffold components are used for erection, it is strictly prohibited to use aluminum alloy fasteners that have not been tested and are slightly weak. At the same time, they must be assembled according to the requirements of product use. The table top should be fully paved with platform plates.
