Drawing on more than 15 years of aluminium design and manufacturing, YANGST provides high-quality TIG and MIG welding services for customers across many industries. We work to precise, safe and efficient standards, and our certified welders handle everything from one-off sample parts to volume production.

If you have a project suited to aluminium, we offer custom design of aluminium components, optimise the solution around your requirements and deliver the full production plan to the agreed schedule. Our aluminium products are used in truck bodies, oil and gas processing and many other industries. If you are looking for high-quality aluminium fabrication nearby, please get in touch.

YANGST aluminium welding is built around TIG and MIG processes. For wrought alloys such as 6061 and 6082, we control the oxide film and hot-cracking sensitivity through dedicated procedures covering joint preparation, preheating, shielding gas and heat input.

Before welding, parts are chemically cleaned to remove oxide and oil, and high-purity argon is used as shielding gas. TIG is used for thin-wall and visible parts, MIG for efficient joining of medium and thick plate. Certified welders work to qualified WPS; critical parts undergo PT/RT non-destructive testing and mechanical testing, followed by stress relief and straightening.

These processes support high-quality joints in aluminium structures, frames and brackets, meeting the strength and appearance requirements of equipment and industrial manufacturing. YANGST can supply welding procedure qualification (PQR/WPS), welder certificates and third-party test reports to assure reliability and consistency in nuclear and precision manufacturing.
