YANGST welded aluminium structures cover equipment frames, brackets and non-standard load-bearing parts, mainly in 6061-T6 / 6082-T6. Working from drawings or samples, we provide integrated tube cutting, blanking, CNC machining, welding, straightening and surface finishing.
TIG welding is the primary process with MIG as support. Certified welders follow qualified procedures; critical welds are visually and non-destructively inspected. Post-weld straightening holds geometric tolerances, and anodising or powder coating improves corrosion resistance. Our ISO 9001 quality system keeps every process traceable.
