The 400 series product is an aluminum alloy scaffffold formed by advanced nonwelding technology. The process consists of external pressing and internal expansion of joints using heat treated aluminium castings to hold the vertical and horizontal tubes together to form scaffffold frame. Cold form frame is 3 times stronger than welded The cold form frame is 3 times stronger and more durable than the conventional welded frame and it carries a warranty period of 10 years.
1. Cold Form Joints
The process consists of external pressing and internal expansion of joints using heat treated aluminium cas tings to hold the vertical and horizontal tubes together to form a scaffffold frame. It is 3 times stronger and more durable than welded and it carries a warranty period of 10 years
2. Frame
The frame is made of light weight aluminium alloy.It has 2 sizes single and double width.The rough texture surface tubing of the frame provides slip resistance when holding or climbing on the frame during erection or dismantling.
3. Braces
The brace has rhino horn hook at both ends for quick and easy self locking fifirmly on two vertical frames bracing them together. Disengage the braces from the frame is easy by pressing the clip of the rhino horn hook and lift the braces. When engaged the rhino horn hook has 225 degrees art of contact surface area giving a fifirm grip on the frame. The rhino hook horn is designed and built to absorb heavy impact during hard fall from great height.
4. Adjustable Leg
Adjustable legs are available in 2 difffferent heights 400 mm and 800 mm. The legs are adjustable to cater for difffferent height and uneven flfloor level to provide fifirm grip on the ground.
5. Platform
The platform is Non-welded. It comes with standard and trapdoor platforms. The platform wood is strong, durable and water resistance. It is difffferent from normal welding products, the components of our advanced platform are very easy to install, repair or replace.
