YANGST Cantilever and Obstacle-Crossing Scaffolds at Shenzhen Luohu MixC

Shenzhen China Resources Centre, developed by China Resources in Shenzhen, opened in December 2004. It is a large, mixed-use, modern, high-quality landmark commercial complex combining retail, dining, entertainment, offices, hotel and residential space.

Shenzhen China Resources Centre - MixC has a total floor area of 550,000 square metres and an investment of more than HK$4 billion. The first phase includes the very large indoor shopping and entertainment centre, MixC, and the international 5A grade office tower, China Resources Building; the second phase adds a five-star business hotel, serviced apartments and a very large outdoor leisure plaza linked by a pedestrian street. All of it was under full construction from 2005.

Luohu MixC is now being continuously upgraded while trading normally. For a high-end mall that stays open, YANGST provided a full range of obstacle-crossing bridges, cantilevered scaffolds and mobile working platforms to support the upgrade, meeting both China Resources' operating requirements and the contractor's site requirements.
